August, 26, 2017 Aalppe The Belarusian society is going through troubled times because Russia has a plan to carry on the military manoeuvers Western-2017 on the territory of Belarus. Our analysis demonstrates that Moscow is preparing the actions which can be threatening to the sovereignty of Belarus and the neighbouring EU countries. The aggressive Putin’s politics against Ukraine and other Russia’s neighbouring states is accompanied by the information war on a big scale against the Western and Eastern European countries. Almost the whole territory of Belarus is covered by the anti-Western Putin’s propaganda transmitted from the Russian radio and TV. The Lukashenka’s dictatorship is promoting the Putin’s disinformation policy in Belarus. The regime has eliminated the free Belarusian radio and TV long ago. The unique free Belarusian TV channel Belsat is situated in Poland and is transmitting from Warsaw. The radio station Liberty – Free Europe in Belarusian language is situated in Prague (Czech Republic). Unfortunately the transmission of this radio channel on the short waves has been cancelled this year. As a result many thousands of persons, residents of the Belarusian regions, don’t have the free information. The Government of Poland has decided to stop its participation in the financing of the Belarusian TV channel Belsat (supported by the EU) at the end of this year because of the financial difficulties. It will signify the cancellation of the Belarusian free TV at the very decisive moment when the free information is extremely important for the Belarusian society. The Belarusian free TV channel Belsat is covering a considerable part of the territory of Belarus. More than 10% of the population is watching this channel. Despite the repressions by the Lukashenka’s regime the Belsat became more and more popular in Belarus. We appeal personally the high esteemed President of the United States of America Mr. Donald Trump, the high esteemed State Secretary of the United States Mr. Rex Tillerson, and the high esteemed Chairman of the European Commission of the European Union Mr. Jean-Claude Juncker to support the financing of the free Belarusian TV channel Belsat as well as to restore the transmission on the short waves of the Radio Liberty – Free Europe in Belarusian language. We appeal you to support the Belarusian people. We welcome the active role played by the U.S.A in the non-proliferation of the nuclear weapons. Belarus had voluntarily renounced its nuclear weapon and this fact had been fixated in the Budapest Memorandum 1994. In accordance with this Memorandum the United States have appointed themselves to be a guarantor of the sovereignty of Belarus if it would be in danger. This danger is threatening Belarus now. We hope that the strong voice of America will ring and will influence the situation in order to stop the aggression and eliminate the threat to the peace in Europe. Беларуская Салідарнасьць:ПЛЯТФОРМА НАРОДНАГА ЯДНАНЬНЯ. 1. Беларуская Салідарнасьць гэта ёсьць плятформа Беларускага Адраджэньня, форма ідэйнай лучнасьці паміж беларусамі і пазыцыя змаганьня з акупацыйным антыбеларускім рэжымам. Яе дэклярацыя салідарнасьці простая і надзейная, па прынцыпу Каліноўскага: 2. Зьместам беларускага яднаньня ёсьць Беларуская нацыянальная дзяржава. Сымвалам Беларускай дзяржавы ёсьць нацыянальны Бел-Чырвона-Белы Сьцяг і гэрб Пагоня. 3. Беларуская Салідарнасьць стаіць за праўду Беларускага Адраджэньня, якое кажа: «Не правы чалавека — галоўнае для беларусаў, а незалежнасьць і свабода, бо не бывае „правоў чалавека“ пад акупацыяй». Трэба змагацца за свабоду і вызваленьне Беларусі, а не прасіць «правоў» у рэжыма і акупантаў. Акупанты правоў не даюць. Яны пакідаюць нам «права» быць рабочым матэрыялам дзеля іхных імпэрскіх інтарэсаў. 4. Беларуская Салідарнасьць сцьвярджае і абараняе дэмакратычныя каштоўнасьці народнага агульнанацыянальнага кшталту, якія мусяць шанаваць і бараніць усе беларусы перад небясьпекай агрэсіўнай пагрозы з Расеі і перад палітыкай антынацыянальнага рэжыму Лукашэнкі на Беларусі. 5. Беларуская Салідарнасьць мацуе грунт, кірунак дзеяньняў і ідэі беларускага змаганьня ў абарону беларускай незалежнасьці, мовы, культуры, беларускай нацыянальнай уласнасьці, маёмасьці і беларускай дзяржаўнай сістэмы дэмакратычнага існаваньня нацыі. 6. Усіх беларусаў як нацыю злучае і яднае беларуская мова, беларуская гісторыя, беларуская зямля, беларуская культура, беларуская дзяржава і ўся беларуская супольнасьць людзей — Беларускі Народ. 7. Усе беларусы, незалежна ад сьветапогляду і палітычных кірункаў, яднаюцца дзеля абароны беларускіх каштоўнасьцяў, беларускіх сымвалаў і беларускіх нацыянальных інтарэсаў. 8. Формы дзейнасьці Беларускай Салідарнасьці могуць быць рознымі, але заўсёды павінна ўлічвацца антыбеларуская палітыка прамаскоўскага рэжыму на Беларусі і пагроза нашаму нацыянальнаму, культурнаму і дзяржаўнаму існаваньню. Таму ва ўсіх справах — Беларусь перад усім. Трэба шанаваць усё беларускае. Шанаваць беларускую дзяржаўнасьць. Шанаваць беларускую мову і беларускі народ. Шанаваць беларускую зямлю і беларускую культуру. Шанаваць здабытак народнай працы. Беларус беларуса мусіць бараніць перад небясьпекай. Беларус беларусу мусіць дапамагаць.
