МEMORANDUM TO THE GOVERNMENTS AND SOCIETIES OF THE WESTERN COUNTRIES

The leadership of the Conservative Christian Party – Belarusian People’s Front on behalf of the Soim of the Party is authorized to declare the following:

The Russian secret special services are making preparations of the incorporation of Belarus into Russia. There are several witnesses of this activity: a special constant group of “the integration” has been founded in Moscow, the leadership of Russia (Mr. Medvedev) has made some aggressive statements as well as the Lukashenka pro-Moscow regime is acting in order to liquidate definitively the Belarusian civil society. The Lukashenka regime has started the intensive repressions against the journalists and non-governmental media. The regime is persecuting and liquidating the independent trade-unions and arresting the civil activists. Since April 4, 2019 the Lukashenka regime has started the destruction of the national Belarusian necropolis – the National Memorial in Kurapaty near Minsk which is the heritage monument of the first category. The Russian communists have shot 250 000 innocent persons in Kurapaty during the Russian communist genocide of the Belarusian nation in 1937-1941.

At the end of 2018 Moscow required the special representative of the president of the Russian Federation to be appointed in Belarus as the ambassador of Russia. The KGB-FSB functionary Mr. Mikhail Babich has been appointed to this post. The special representative Mr. M. Babich is violating the norms of diplomacy, is promoting the propaganda of “the Russian world”, coordinating the Russian secret residents in Belarus, arranging receptions of the Russian residents in the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Minsk as well as travelling regularly in Belarus for the purpose of founding of the parallel pro-Russian structures of power which will come to light at hour X (like in Ukrainian Donbass occupied by Russia) with the beginning of the occupation of Belarus by Russia.

Russia institutes the function of “the special representative” always in order to prepare the occupation of the neighbouring country. The Baltic states have been occupied by Russia in this way in 1940 (the Moscow’s special representative in Estonia was Mr. A. Zhdanov; in Latvia was Mr. A. Vyshinskiy; in Lithuania was Mr. V. Dekanozov). Russia has destroyed the Commonwealth of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in 18th century in the same way.

Mr. A Lukashenka is the puppet of Moscow. He has appointed the Russian KGB-FSB functionaries to the posts of chiefs of the security sector (the KGB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Army etc.). The Ministry of Education and the Department of Education are headed also by the functionaries. They are restoring the cult of Stalin, the Young Communists Organization and the communist ideology. The Lukashenka regime’s KGB and the Russian FSB are holding regularly the common meetings and acting in the interests of Russia. The Russian residents in the Belarusian authorities are changing hurriedly the colours of the official billboards into the symbolic colours of Russia. This is a powerful signal of the fact that Putin’s Russia has elaborated plans of the incorporation of the Belarusian territory as well as of the subordination of Belarus acting with the consent of the traitorous Lukashenka regime.

We have a task to warn the neighbouring countries as well as all the countries of the Western world, that if the incorporation and occupation of Belarus by Moscow and the restoration of the Russian socialism in occupied Belarus will be allowed it would signify the danger for whole Europe and possibly would provoke the new Russian war against the Western world. The people of Belarus will resist the Russian hybrid aggression with all methods.

We consider that the politics of Western countries as well as politics of our neighbouring countries must take into account the Moscow’s efforts to incorporate Belarus, to change the balance of relations in Europe and to threat with war to the Western civilization very seriously. We would like to see the position of the Western countries which will stop the aggressive intentions of Putin’s Russia and its intentions to subordinate Belarus.
